MEMBERSHIP MEETING – April 20, 2015
Attendance: Mary Beth Bogner, Nancy Bowman, Betty Day, Nancy Franks, Nancy Gavin, Ilona Manista, Betty Lou Palmer; Karen Sigsworth, Barb Sutton, Margaret Truman, Vee Valega
Ilona Manista, president, opened our meeting.
March minutes – Ilona made a motion to accept the minutes from our March meeting and Betty Lou P. seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.
Treasurer’s Report – Balance is $3977.26. Vee Valega motioned to accept the report. Margaret T. seconded. All in Favor.
New Business – Betty Palmer has received 9 contracts for the Corn Festival Arts Fair.
Installation of Officers – Ilona installed the officers for the year.
President – Betty Lou Palmer
Vice President – Barb Sutton
Secretary – Mary Beth Bogner
Treasurer – Vee Valega
Membership Dues are due! $20 to Vee Valega at 5736 Creekside Lane, NR. Thank you for your support!!
Ilona made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Margaret T. seconded. The motion carried.
