History Murals: Alan Willoughby gave us an update. Next City meeting on the 24th, he would like a member of the Arts Council to present a voice to make the case that hanging these murals at the park would be nice for the park and the people that visit it. He would like to put them up on a temporary basis and see how it goes. The Historical Society would take the risk if the murals are vandalized, so there would be no risk for the city. He would like to see them go up at the end of June. Betty Lou Palmer will attend the meeting.
Scholarships have been turned in.
Library: Karen Sigsworth announced that on May 4, 2013 there will be an open house to celebrate the Library’s 10 year anniversary. It is from 1-5 P.M.

Thank you, Vee Valega for the delicious refreshments which everyone enjoyed while visiting.
