Monday, March 19, 2012 – MEMBERSHIP MEETING at the North Ridgeville Library at 7 p.m.
Program: Mark Madere of SpectraLight Photography will present How to create a professional looking book of your family snapshots, child’s wedding, vacation pictures and more.
Sunday, March 25 – Rembrandt In America: Cleveland Museum of Art Program held at North Ridgeville Library at 3 p.m.
MEMBERSHIP MEETING – February 20, 2012
Program: Dawn Reese owner of Dolls and Minis in Wellington presented a slide show of doll houses from different time periods. She talked about the differences between the houses, who owned them and also about her store and programs that she does there. The address is 106 W. Herrick Ave. in Wellington.
Ilona made a motion to approve January minutes, Lonnie Hart seconded. All in favor. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report: Betty Day reported that the total bank balance is $4,597.97.
Correspondence: Received a thank you note from Old Town Hall Theater for the donation.
Arts and Crafts Fair at North Ridgeville Corn Fest: Betty Lou reported that Maximum Graphics will make the contracts for no cost. Thank You.
Scholarship: Nathan Hart who is the winner, will not be using the scholarship money. Betty Day made a motion that we keep information on a runner-up and that the winner has until the end of September to redeem.
Major School Performance: Each year we select a different elementary or middle school to donate money for them to use for an artistic program in their school. Janet Willoughby is in the process of having Middle School select a program.

North Ridgeville Branch Library: Karen Sigsworth reported that they are currently having Sunday afternoon free programs each week for all ages through March 25 sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
On March 25 at 3 p.m. there will be a program called “Rembrandt In America.” This is in conjunction with the current Cleveland Museum of Art’s exhibition. A staff member will present the program. Pre-registration by calling the library is required.
